What you'll do
- Manage tenant rep and landlord rep deals from LOI to lease execution: documents, deadlines, communication
- Track critical dates, options, and commission agreements, and abstract leases so nothing slips
- Keep brokers, landlords, tenants, co-brokers, and attorneys ahead of every deadline
- Prepare marketing for landlord assignments: availability reports, flyers, and tour books
- Spot problems before they blow up a deal
What we're looking for
- Hungry to learn more about commercial real estate
- Exceptional at supporting a large roster of brokers and dozens of deadlines at once
- Calm when things don't go as planned
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a strong problem-solver
- Great with AI tools, and you use them to move faster
- Great at multi-tasking
- Very detail oriented
CRE experience is a plus, not a requirement. We train you.
Pay and growth
- $60k to $100k, based on the quality of your work.
- Two ways to grow in the position: manage more brokers, or move into managing a team of coordinators. Both pay more.
- Raises, bonuses, and promotions are tied to performance and quality.
- Your work is measured on on-time closings, clean and compliant files, broker satisfaction, and retention. Stay excellent and you unlock a bigger bonus each month, a higher base salary, and the path into management.
