Our services

Task Wizard provides managed back-office services for commercial real estate professionals, including lead support, document preparation, transaction coordination, and related operational work. The scope of services for each client is defined in a separate engagement or order.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

Text messaging terms

If you provide your mobile number and consent, you agree to receive operational and transactional text messages from Task Wizard related to your engagements (for example, deal reminders, key-date notifications, task confirmations, and follow-ups). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; we will send one confirmation and then stop messaging you. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@cretaskwizard.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Disclaimers and liability

Our website and any general information on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Task Wizard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Services engagements are governed by their own agreements, which control in the event of any conflict.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
